He quickly grasped export nuances within 3 months and focused on improving metrics, driving L4’s to deliver in Q2, and monitoring milestones for experiments in Q3, such as Auto ML, ML-based interventions, ADC, and Anduril adoption. He also promoted 2 L4 process experts with limited support from L4. In September, he independently managed critical deliverables and participated in various GSRC and GTS level initiatives. He addressed L4 bandwidth issues, meeting priority deliverables, and successfully delivered dynamic activities like Operation Plan and DPMO bridge within strict timelines. His strengths include ownership, delivering results, and bias for action. However, he needs to develop skills in disagreeing and committing, thinking big, and people development.
