Docker: neon-agent (REPL), neon-dashboard (UI+cameras, single camera owner, :8080), neon-telegram, neon-thinker (30s heartbeat). 53 robot tools + 14 lookout-stack; 63 in sim mode. Voice: bidirectional speech-to-speech, Brio mic → AEC → OpenAI Realtime → G1 chest speaker. WebXR teleop from Meta Quest 3. Safety: walk needs FSM 501/801; arm mutex rc=7400; battery<15% refuses motion.
