It also includes detailed analysis for Urgent/Reactive Inflows, associated compliance risks/business blockers for non-proactive inflows, a list of actions with RACI list, and understanding overlaps in the GTS Program. The goal is to streamline the classification inflow, define a trigger mechanism, and work towards chalking out E2E Optimal NIB Process essential for International Shipment. Requesting inputs from senior Leadership on the revised document.
